Storm & Restoration

Damage does not wait for business hours.

Wind, hail, water, fire and mold. We respond, secure the property, document the damage properly, and carry the work through to a finished repair.

What to do first

The first 24 hours matter most.

What happens immediately after the damage affects both the repair and the claim. This is the order we recommend.

  1. Make it safe

People first. If there is structural damage, standing water near electrical, or fire damage, stay out until it has been checked.

  2. Stop the damage spreading

Call us and we will secure the property — tarping, board-up, water extraction. Damage that keeps spreading can complicate a claim.

  3. Document everything

Photograph it before anything is moved or cleaned up. We document our inspection in detail as well, and that record goes with your claim.

  4. Notify your insurer

Report the loss to your insurance company. We can be there when the adjuster inspects, so the repair scope is discussed with a contractor present.

Wind & Hail Storm Damage Restoration

Hail and wind damage is often not obvious from the ground. Bruised or fractured shingles, displaced granules, lifted edges and damaged flashing can all be present on a roof that looks fine from the driveway — and all of it shortens the life of the roof.

  • Free post-storm roof and exterior inspection
  • Wind and hail damage assessment, documented in detail
  • Emergency tarping and temporary weatherproofing
  • Full roof, siding and gutter replacement or repair
  • Commercial storm damage restoration
Water & Fire Water, Fire & Mold Restoration

Water damage compounds. What starts as a roof leak or a burst line becomes saturated drywall, then damaged flooring and framing, then mold. The faster the water is out and the structure is dried, the smaller the eventual repair.

  • Water damage restoration and structural drying
  • Fire and smoke damage restoration and rebuild
  • Mold remediation
  • Drywall, flooring and structural repair
  • Full interior rebuild after the damage is addressed
Insurance claims

We document the damage. Your insurer decides the claim.

Most storm, water and fire work runs through an insurance claim, and the single biggest factor in how that goes is how thoroughly the damage was documented before anyone started repairing it. That part is ours.

What we do

  • Inspect the property and document the damage in detail, with photographs
  • Prepare a written scope of repair and a line-item estimate
  • Meet your adjuster at the property so the damage is reviewed with a contractor present
  • Answer your insurer's questions about the repair scope, materials and cost
  • Supply supplemental documentation if hidden damage is found once work begins

What we do not do

We are a contractor, not a public adjuster. We do not negotiate or settle claims on your behalf, we do not represent you against your insurance company, and we do not offer legal or claims advice. Your coverage, your deductible and the outcome of your claim are between you and your insurer.

What we can do is make sure the damage is accurately and completely documented, and that the repair estimate reflects what the property actually needs.
